Impulse Gundam V2: Arms 2

And....close. Wanted the upper arms to shift a bit and have the top of the shoulder guards rotate so that the chest flyer could use the verniers as boosters as well. The upper arms seem to have collapsed into the forearms in the rig... Still fiddling with it until it looks right.
