I would LOVE to get back to this stuff. Love it! Keep saying I will, but alas, this year, like last, has been dreadfully busy. All I have to show for it is this 00.

Gundam 00 Raiser: All the Things

So I attached everything I guess. I'm not sure what's left but this particular gundam seems to be more excessive than any other I've come across.. In my opinion.

Gundam 00 Raiser: GN Sword II

So there's the gist of the sword I suppose. The blade needs work at the end as does the *scope*. Everything else is mostly ok-ish.

I took a few liberties on this one -- kind of the way that I usually do in some fashion. It didn't take very long, but as usual I'll leave the finer detail for the maps.

Gundam 00 Raiser: Raiser 2

Well, it's come this far, but no more modeling grooves and detail. Since the Raiser has so much line detail, I'll go ahead and NOT model that but instead map it so that I don't bloat this thing farther than it needs to be. A couple of angles should probably be adjusted, but now is the time to go back and fix the mini mistakes.

Gundam 00 Raiser: Binder 1

Got the alcohol ready for new years, but it's still a day away. I might get most of the modeling done before the clock ticks. The one gundam I would have finished this year. I'll drink to that.

Working on finishing up the binders, but there are some strange anomalies with flipped polies and this'n'that.

Gundam 00: Legs

Got some legs up and about, but they need some sharpening and more detail in the joints. Not nearly as complicated as any other Gundam leg I've done so far.

Gundam 00: Arms

Maybe doing or finishing 00 over the holidays. Gotta seize the chance. The arms are almost there, but the plastic model version seems to differ quite a lot from the illustration in the manual, especially the forarms. I'm guessing this is for maneuverability. Anyway, I did some changes and increased the length of the "cuff-link", yadda-yadda.

Gundam 00: Backpack / Solar Furnace

Ok, so I went ahead and got most of the way through the pack and the furnaces. Some extra details I can put on through simple maps or a few extra polys. Not too bad.

Gundam 00: Waist 2

This really should have been open and shut as far as build is concerned. Anyway, the waist is pretty close. Some more bits here and there would be nice.

Gundam 00: Waist 1

Normally I just plow through the waist section because it's usually is the easiest part of the gundam to make -- essentially being a large center object anchoring a few smaller ones. But I've got lots of code to write this weekend, so...no.
I only really started it so it looks quite primitive...aye

Gundam 00: Body 2

Compartmentalized some the the armour and the frame underneath. Still need to move some parts around and get back to the head and then get to the cockpit if possible. I hope I can knock out the waist soon-ish.
Edit-- forgot some detail around the rear cylinder.

Gundam 00: Body 1

I'm working on trying to get back to the Kshatriya as well as the 00, but time is really lousy these days. So much to do and so little time. Started the bits of the torso here but there isn't much to look at other than sliced up primitives and a lot of covered up holes in the mesh.

Gundam 00: Head 2

I've really got a lot of other work to do so this will be slow going.
My target in this one is a little different but the head is coming along.
I had a few ideas for detail but I'm holding them back for surfacing. I'll probably
bump map the rest of the hard-line detail near the head sensors. Otherwise..it went "okay".

I still have to drop the center section of the gold antennae and sharpen the edges to points, as well as cut out the ear disks on the lower back away from the head. Maybe add the camera block on the front of the head sensor. Not sure about the text on the red sensor... I might just texture that. The rest will be mapped after the build.

Gundam 00: Head 1

It's been really really hard getting the time to get back into this. Instead of getting back to the Kshatriya, I've decided to get into something different. Lot's of requests over the last year or so for 00 so here's a shot at it. A lot of other folks have gotten to this so I'm not really into it but I'm having to get used to doing this again so this might take a while... a long while.

Anyway, primitives are in place and the general gist of the head is there, but a lot of work is needed to get everything evened out and correct. A very early start.
