Impulse Gundam V2: Arms 1

Way behind where I wanted to be at this time, but it really can't be helped. Work and training are still going at me so only the shoulder armor has been started. Thinking of a mish mash between impulse and nu/ex-s but without the latter's largesses especially since it feels like I've already built this shoulder armor before....
