Aegis: Rifle 2

Seems to fit on the right binder ok. A few more detailed bits and it should be good to go.

Aegis: Beam Rifle 1

Started on the rifle. I recall these being easier than this one appears. Hopefully there aren't any real surprises in this one.

Aegis: Shield 3

I suppose mounting the shield on the binder is the anime normal? Probably good when transformed.

Aegis: Shield 2

It's getting close, but a lot of the detail just doesn't flow with the mesh for the shield itself. I'll go back and add more of the shield bits in, but some I suppose I'll map in as well.

Aegis: Shield 1

Finally getting to work on the shield stuffs. It's a nice departure from the X100 series sheild design in some ways.

Aegis: Binders

Finally got the side binders --for the most part. I think the rest of the the detail can be just mapped instead of modelled. So I'll go with what exists here now.

Aegis: Side Binder 1

These binders are huge! Looks like a little space ship next to the mobile suit. Would be neat to have a cockpit in them - but I'm not going to do that. Strangely complicated though.

Aegis: Legs 2

Making progress on legs and some of the arms again. More than a few areas need more detailing and better geometry setup, especially I think in the shoulder areas.

Aegis: Legs 1

Moving bits here and there for the legs based on the arms. They aren't exactly the same, however, so some changes to the geometry are being done. They are similar enough to avoid a lot of work. I feel like this rig is getting complicated.
