Astray Blue Frame Second Revise: Weapons Rack

Not really enough time lately to do much on this so I stuck with something relatively quick to do. Basically I modeled the weapons rack in the back and replaced the old backpack with it. Not much to say over that. Things are set to get busier soon, but I should be able to finish this before the end of the month -- a pace that I used to follow long ago.
